Dear Mr. Bowlin,
With sincere gratitude we thank you for the diligent work the Bowlin Energy crew is doing in our neighborhood. Hurricane Sandy felled trees and lines on nearly every road in Kingwood Township, New Jersey; the task of restoring power is monumental.
When your crew arrived Sunday, November 11th, to repair our downed utility pole they worked swiftly, safely and with care for our property. Before they left, they made sure our transition from generator to the utility power was successful.
We are thrilled to be back on the grid! Please pass along our sentiments and wish them well as they continue their important task.

Respectfully,
Claire Taylor

Dear Mr. Bowlin,
Super Storm Sandy had a devastating impact on millions of our customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. It created unique and unprecedented challenges in trying to restore power as quickly as possible. As the leadership within FirstEnergy’s Supply Chain, we wanted to reach out and thank you for your outstanding support and exceptional customer service during this trying time.
Your continued dedication to FirstEnergy and our cystomers has been continually reaffirmed by your help in Hurricane Irene, Snowmaggedon, Derecho and now Sandy (aka Frankenstorm). Because of your team’s eddorts, we were able to operate over a dozen staging sites spread across our territory and kept them stocked with materials necessary for quick storm restoration. Without your diligence and dedication to the cause, we could have been short crews and/or material.
We really appreciate the trust we can place in you and even more appreciate the partnership we’ve forged in order to meet the challenges of these storms and natural disasters. We look forward to your continued support and again thank you and your employees who worked to help us restore power to our customers.

With sincere appreciation,

Dear Blevins,
I’m writing to express my gratitude for your employees’ work to help PPL Eelctric Utilities and its customers recover from the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy.
Although it was the most damaging storm in our company’s 90-year history — affecting more than a half million of our customers — it inspired an unprecedented response.
We knew that effective assistance from utility partners and contractors would be vital to help us repair system damage and bring those customers back online as quickly as possible.
Your employees worked efficiently, professionally, and — most important of all — safely to help us respond to a storm that required time-consuming, labor-instensive work around the clock for a week.
Thank you again for your significant contribution to a historic storm recovery effort that will be long remembered by everyone involved.

Sincerely,
Greg Dudkin
